Agreement

By using DM For Me ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. We may update these terms — continued use after changes means you accept them.

What DM For Me does

DM For Me is an AI-powered tool that helps music producers manage and respond to Instagram DMs. The Service can sync your Instagram DMs directly via the Meta API or analyze screenshots you upload. It generates suggested replies based on your voice profile and conversation context. You can choose to copy and paste suggestions, send replies directly through the app, or enable auto-reply to let the AI respond on your behalf.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
• One account per person — don't share accounts or create multiple accounts
• You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account

Acceptable use

You agree not to use DM For Me to:

• Harass, threaten, or send abusive messages to anyone
• Engage in spam, scams, or fraudulent activity
• Impersonate someone else or misrepresent your identity
• Violate any applicable laws or Instagram's Terms of Service
• Upload content that you don't have the right to share

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Your content

You own the content you upload (screenshots, voice profile answers). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service to you. We don't claim ownership of your content and we don't use it for anything else.

AI-generated responses

Responses generated by DM For Me are suggestions only. You are solely responsible for any messages you send using these suggestions. We don't guarantee that generated responses will be appropriate, accurate, or effective in any particular situation. Always review before sending.

Auto-reply

The auto-reply feature, when enabled, automatically generates and sends responses to incoming Instagram DMs on your behalf without manual review. By enabling auto-reply, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Auto-reply is entirely opt-in and requires completing persona calibration before activation
• You are solely responsible for all messages sent via auto-reply, as if you had sent them manually
• You can disable auto-reply at any time from your settings
• You can exclude specific conversations from auto-reply by hiding them
• We are not liable for any consequences arising from auto-reply messages

Instagram & Meta platform

By connecting your Instagram account, you agree to comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Instagram's Terms of Use. You must have an Instagram Business or Creator account to use the DM sync features. We may revoke or limit Instagram access if required by Meta or if your account no longer qualifies.

Payments & subscriptions

• Free tier available with 15 credits per month. Paid plans (Starter, Standard, Pro) offer additional credits and features.
• Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can cancel anytime from the billing section in your dashboard or via the Stripe customer portal
• Credits reset monthly based on your billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over.
• Promo codes, when applied, are subject to the terms of the specific promotion
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — email us if you have an issue

Availability

We aim to keep DM For Me available 24/7 but don't guarantee uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. We're not liable for any losses caused by downtime.

Limitation of liability

DM For Me is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may also terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
